EVA Air (Evergreen Airways) is a prominent international airline based in Taiwan. Established in 1989, it's one of the largest operators in its region and has garnered significant recognition for its services.

EVA Air was founded by Dr. Chang Yung-fa, the chairman of the Evergreen Group, in March 1989. It began passenger operations in July 1991.EVA Air's main hub is Taipei's Taoyuan International Airport (TPE).EVA Air operates a modern fleet of Boeing and Airbus aircraft. As of my last update in September 2021, their fleet includes models like the Boeing 777-300ER and Airbus A330-300, among others.

EVA Air is a member of the Star Alliance network. Joining the alliance in 2013, this membership allows passengers greater flexibility and convenience through a broad network of partner airlines.EVA Air is known for its strong safety record and has been consistently recognized for its superior service. It has ranked in the top 10 of the World's Best Airlines multiple times in various rankings.
